Storyline2: Variables Missing

Hi

Having an issue with a big project for a client. Storyline 2 stopped working and disappeared. Icon was no longer visible.

So decided to install a later version. This messed up the screen size and all the variables are now gone. Triggers are still there though.

Tested on various PCs but nothing changed.

This was a lot of work. Multiple variables triggering many things.

Highly interactive and scenario based.

Think I need to try opening with versions updates 4,5,6, and 7 to test and see if they get restored. 

There's no other way around this. 

Can't find any previous versions anywhere. 

Please help.
