Storyline360 Crash when using Grammarly

** adding to below. Issue not solved. Storyline360 is crashing when I double click a blank scene to enter slideview **

 

Greetings,

I am running a trial version of Storyline360 using WIN10 Bootcamp. All seems to work well except yesterday I downloaded the Grammarly plugin for Office (Outlook and Word 365). When I load Storyline360 and double a blank scene to take me into slide-view the application crashes. After a little bit of troubleshooting, uninstalling Grammarly and restarting the application seemed to work.

Just FYI in case anybody else has this issue...

Oh no. I also use Grammarly and haven't run into any crashes. 

I see my teammate, Jose, recommended these next steps:

1. Make sure that Boot Camp is properly configured to run Articulate 360: Apple's Boot Camp Support page

2. Then, let's try the steps in this article to reinstall Storyline 360: How to Fix Unexpected or Erratic Behavior
