I have inserted several Graded Questions - on those, the questions and answer options are displaying properly. The trigger panel also automatically inserts a trigger that "When the user clicks submit - submit the interaction (or true/false)... the problem is, there is no submit button created. I am having to manually create a button each time and assign a trigger to submit the response each time.
I have looked at the setting in the gear at the lower left and the submit box is checked.

The submit button won’t be a button on the slide, it is a small check mark that only shows up in preview or published mode.
Thanks for the clarification - I do see it now.... very underwhelming.
