Usually one or two emails a week are sent from the Heroes site. All of a sudden they're pouring in and cluttering up my email. Not sure why or how to stop it. I value the information but currently do not have the time to browse through this material.
Check on the forum under Discussions / Storyline if the subscribe option has been selected - if so just click to deselect it it will be a blue colour and say Subscribed

Based on those subjects, looks like you may be subscribed to our Building Better Courses Forum here.
See if yours says Subscribed in the top right. If so, click again to toggle off :)
