I'm new to this community, but experienced in producing training programs for external clients. I am looking for some advice on where to find highly qualified Storyline developer who may have experience developing for the healthcare industry. I'm curious if there is a particular website where I can post the need for a freelance job, or if there is a list of qualifed freelance Storyline developers somewhere. I did post on the elancer site. Is that an efficient place to post? I have not received any responses. Thanks!
