I've been getting this error for the past 2 days when trying to submit a case. I've tried different computers and messages in order to get one to go through but nothing works. It's frustrating when an error occurs when trying to send in a support case for another problem.
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've encountered. What browser were you using to submit the case? You may want to look at trying a different browser or you can send an email to Support@articulate.com which will generate a new case for you.
So far I've tried it on the latest version of Chrome and Edge browser, both have the same message. I was trying Firefox but they no longer support Flash Player so the upload file wouldn't work. I'll send my case there, thanks!
Hm, I use Chrome and haven't run into any issues recently - so definitely use the Email to submit the case and also let our team know about the issues you had submitting so that they can check into that as well.
