While Storyline 3 will gets its final update in April 2023, you will still be able to use the application to edit and publish Storyline courses afterwards. Only development for new features are being halted, but the application itself will continue to be accessible.
Note that courses created in Storyline 360 may no longer be opened in Storyline 3. For more information on the compatibility of Storyline 360 courses with Storyline 3, check out this article:
