Thanks for including your file! I did see that the Print Result button was not working in Articulate Review, so I published it for web here, and the Print button seems to be working well! This could be an issue with Articulate Review, so I'll dig into that a little more and let you know what I find.
I also noticed that the Retry button had an incomplete trigger, so I changed "unassigned" to "Slide 1.1", and it's now working as well.

Wanted to pop back in and let you know I created a sample file with a Print Result button, and sure enough, it looks like that button isn't working in Articulate Review in HTML5 or Flash, but it is working when the content is published for Web.
From here, I’ll meet with my team to take a closer look, so that we can verify this is a bug. Sometimes my team catches errors in my logic and we don’t have a bug after all. Of course if that’s the case, I’ll let you know. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, and I apologize if it was giving you headaches!
Hi, we are using Storyline 2 and noticed similar behavior with the Print Result button. In IE 11.9 it brings up a blank page that is giving an error (from IE developer tools) "Script5007 unable to set property enabled of undefined or null reference" but the same file is working as expected in Firefox.
