I want to create a survey to add to the end of my Storyline course to get feedback from learners on the course. I've attempted to do this and can't seem to find where the results to the survey are stored. Can someone help?
Hi Troy, I tried uploading a google form as a web object, and when I tested the course, the web object would not open. Any information on this would be very helpful. Thanks!
Did you test your published course by uploading to a web server or LMS? If you were testing it locally that could explain why it wouldn't work. Similarly, web objects aren't available in Preview.
If you need additional options for hosting content before putting on your own web server or LMS, take a look at the options mentioned here.

My preferred method is to use Google Forms to develop a survey as I prefer the connection directly to Google Sheets for reporting.
You can do this by importing a web object directly into your Storyline course.

Storyline has the ability to add a Survey Result Slide to your course, but it would be up to your LMS in if/how they report this information.
