I'd love to help - but I'm not entirely clear on what you've set up.
It sounds like you may have created a tabbed interaction and published individual sections of that to Review 360? If so, you'll only be able to view and navigate with the tabs you published to Review 360 - so publishing an entire Storyline course to Revie 360 would be best to see how it all behaves together!
If I'm missing the mark, please let me know! Any more details you can share (screenshots, Review 360 share links, etc.) are helpful so that I can point you in the right direction!
