Tables

May 22, 2012

Hi there,

I've just imported a power point file into Storyline which has some tables and I've noticed that the tables have been converted into images.

Has anyone else noticed this and is there a work around?

Kindest regards,

Ange

Hi Angela! I'm sorry, but right now Storyline doesn't support tables. However, here's an article that contains some ideas for workarounds:

In the meantime, we'd love it if you could share your need via a feature request, since our development team pays attention to the needs expressed by the community (especially when it comes time to decide on enhancements to incorporate into future versions). Thank you!

One thing that I have been doing is creating the table in PowerPoint without any header text or values in the rows. I then export the blank table as an image and thenimport it into Storyline. I then just add the headers and row info as text in SL. This enables me to edit in SL if there are any changes.

Neat trick, Nancy!
