One thing that I have been doing is creating the table in PowerPoint without any header text or values in the rows. I then export the blank table as an image and thenimport it into Storyline. I then just add the headers and row info as text in SL. This enables me to edit in SL if there are any changes.

Hi Angela! I'm sorry, but right now Storyline doesn't support tables. However, here's an article that contains some ideas for workarounds:
