Template Changes

Hi,

The general idea of a template is to align the design of courses. Nevertheless templates give a great help to update previous courses after a design change has taken place. Does this work in Storyline too?

1. I tried to make a template with specifics in the master also.

2. Then I created a small dummy module based on this template.

3. I closed the course and deleted the template in Storyline.

4. I made a change on the template and reimorted it again under the previous name.

5. I closed Storyline and opened the dummy module.

The changes I have made in the template were not handed to the module :( When inserting a new slide now I get the slide choice of the new template.

Does anybody have the same problem or any idea how to get this aspect of templates to work?
