Tempshare not providing a link Oct 16, 2017 By Diane Anderson I am trying to upload a course to "Tempshare". The course loads and publishes. Then I receive a message: Okay, you're all set! Use the link below to access your content. It will expire in 10 days. The problem is: There is no link below. I saw this problem on Friday 10/13/2016. I am still experiencing the same problem today.

Ali Goulet Staff over 6 years ago10/17/17 at 7:14 pm (UTC) Hey Diane! Thanks for letting me know- definitely strange. I'm seeing a link when I test it out in IE 11: Can you take a screenshot of what you see and share it here? Really appreciate it. Also- just a quick note that replying via email attaches your signature here in the thread. No worries though, here's how to remove it if desired!

Diane Anderson Author over 6 years ago10/17/17 at 8:49 pm (UTC) Just tried it again. Got the link this time. Must have been a temporary issue. Looks like it's working again.
Ali Goulet Staff over 6 years ago10/17/17 at 9:09 pm (UTC) Huh! That's really strange and not something I've run into before. I'm glad it's working for you again- thanks for letting me know. Perhaps a glitch in the matrix? 😉 Just to be on the safe side though, don't hesitate to let me know if it pops up again!
