Text Entry and Review 360

Hello,
I am having issues with my course. When I publish in Review and view myself everything works as it is supposed to. But when my coworkers try to review there are text boxes where the trigger (user presses key) does not work and so they become stuck. This never happens for me. I am unable to recreate the issue so I am unsure how to troubleshoot. Any ideas why it works fine for me, but not anyone else?

Hi Nicole,
I've had similar problems in the past, it might be case sensitive? or if its a number, the numbers across the top of a keyboard register differently to the ones in the number pad on the right of some keyboards.
Is that possible?
