I've reviewed a million discussions on this and I think it is built correctly. It works for me and my colleagues; however, I had another team review it and they said they cannot move past the text entry field. I'm stumped.
This is not part of a quiz, more of just so the learner knows how & where to enter information into the chat area.
Would you be able to take a quick look and see if I built it correctly or advise me why others might get stuck? Thank you!

Hi Connie, what version of SL360 are you and your colleagues using? I tried your course on v3.39.22088.0 and didn't have any issues. I have, however, had numerous issues with any version more current than 3.39 and have others on my team experiencing issues getting stuck as well.

is there an instruction previous to the slides you have uploaded that tells the user to press 'ENTER' after entering in the text field. It may be obvious to you but even first go I just tried to click the next button to proceed until I read the triggers.
It worked when I clicked enter after entering my name
