I am building an assessment module to go with my training module. I am reusing the slides for capturing name and date from my previous 2 modules but when I preview it (or use the review mode after publishing) I get the spinning wheel of doom (see errors screenshot attached). It also shows a yellow dot in the top right corner... I can't find a reason for either one. Suggestions please?
I have triggers set up to save the typed input (see triggers screenshot) as they are used in the results screen later to identify the student and completion date.
