text to speech audio does not play

hello elearning family, I'm struggling with my audios made on text to speech .... When I create them, they usually have the "text to speech" on timeline, but all of a suddent then change to a combination of letters and numbers.mp3 ... so that's when they dont play ....

I dont have triggers, I dont have layers, I dont have videos, I dont know why they dont play ... 

help

    I found the solution....

    I am using markers on my slides.... (pause, and play markers) ...

    I want the text to speech audio plays when the timeline starts,

    so I need to create a trigger that plays the audio when the timeline starts,
