I am using Storyline 3 and updated to the latest build (Build 3.5.16548.0) recently. In the release notes, it was mentioned that new French female voice was added. (Refer attached screen clipping)
Can you please let me know how to access the 'Text to Speech' option in Storyline 3?
My search takes me only to Articulate 360 articles and NOT Storyline 3.
That's right, Sanchit. The Text-to-Speech feature is exclusive to Storyline 360.
Storyline 3 users can open Storyline 360 project files that have text-to-speech narration, and the narration will work as expected in Storyline 3. However, you can’t create new text-to-speech narration or change the language, voice, or script for existing narration in Storyline 3.

I believe Text-to-Speech is a feature exclusive to Storyline 360. You can compare the different Storyline versions in this article.
