When you are editing Captions and you use your mouse-wheel to scroll from left to right, then the mouse-wheel scroll functions inverted from all other programs.
Usually when you scroll down, you scroll from left to right. This is true for alle Adobe and Microsoft programs, in browsers like Chrome and more.
But in Articulate Storyline you have to Scroll Up with the mouse-wheel to go from left to right.
When creating E-learning I use a whole suite of programs and it's kinda annoying that this functions inverted in just 1 program.

Testing this out on my end (Storyline 360 version 3.77.30587.0 via Windows Parallels on a Mac M1), I was unable to replicate the same behavior you described. Scrolling down with the wheel of my mouse moves the scroll bar from left to right, and vice versa.
Could you tell me what environment and version of Storyline 360 you are experiencing this in so that I can test further?
