The side bar with the triggers and layers does't display

Hey

For some reason the side bar with the triggers and layers no longer displays on the screen

What do I have to do to make it display again??

pull it out from the right hand side, there is no handle but it is there

I simply don't see the triggers/layers window and I don't know where to go to get this window back

See below - Phil is correct.

It IS there, just hard to grab!

Many of us have asked Articulate for a "handle" just grab and pull out, it will re-appear,

I create new trigger or button, I keep clicking on the right side of the screen. Still the trigger/layer window doesn't appear

Do not click, you need to drag and pull.
