I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior you've experienced with your project. First, I'd recommend that you confirm you're working with local project files as described here. If it's only this project, you will also want to try importing it into a new Storyline project following these directions.  

If you're seeing this behavior even within a new Storyline file, please follow the steps here to conduct a repair.

Thanks Ashley for your support, I did every step (saved in the the local drive, Reinstall storyline, rebot my PC after this)

And now im importing the project in a new one. But I'm still having problems the Trigger Wizard appears like in the picture and when I choose the Action + Layer send me an error... Something else that i can do?

Hi Saray,

That image looks like Storyline is displaying in a particular odd way, which is typically connected to your DPI setting. You'll want to adjust that as described here to be 96 DPI.
