Third Party Integration for License Management

Good morning! My IT department is interested in centralizing all of our systems that require licenses in ServiceNow to better track usage and ensure that unused licenses are reallocated. This requires a 3rd party integration with Articulate360, and in researching Articulate's information and hearing back from their support, they currently don't support this. They recommended reaching out to the community to see if anyone else has tried this and found a successful route.
