Timeline arrow greys out and cannot be used

The timeline arrow in Storyline 360 suddenly turns grey and cannot be used.  This has happened to me several times.  My solution up to now is exiting the course and then going back in.  This time, however, exiting is not working.  It remains grayed out.  Any way to get

Is this the timeline Play button you're referring to?

If so, does it seem like this problem is happening in all Storyline 360 files, or just this file in particular? 

When you run into wonky behavior like this, it usually helps to do a fresh installation of Storyline. Follow these steps, and let me know if you see an improvement!

Hello,

Yes, it is that button. I spoke with someone yesterday in your support group and he recommended an uninstall and reinstall, which I did. The problem is now resolved. Thanks for your email.
