If so, does it seem like this problem is happening in all Storyline 360 files, or just this file in particular?
When you run into wonky behavior like this, it usually helps to do a fresh installation of Storyline. Follow these steps, and let me know if you see an improvement!
Yes, it is that button. I spoke with someone yesterday in your support group and he recommended an uninstall and reinstall, which I did. The problem is now resolved. Thanks for your email.
