Timeline trigger with conditions not working AFTER timeline ends

Dec 16, 2021

I have a number of slides where there are multiple layers. The slides have a minimum time say 55 seconds, so that's my timeline.

Each layer has a minimum time after which a variable will be set to TRUE for that layer.

On the base layer, I have a trigger, and I've tried this two ways. A variable changes when the base layer timeline ends (TIME)

My condition is set NEXT to true When TIME is true, and SURVEYOR is true and CONTROL is true and MANAGEMENT is true.

Also tried to set NEXT to true when the timeline ends + conditions above.

Both of these work fine IF the user has completed each layer BEFORE the timeline ends.

IF the user is slow or leaves and the timeline ends, THEN they view the layers they are stuck. Short of setting a duplicate trigger in reverse what can I do.

Hello Mark!

It sounds like the triggers and the layers are on different pages here! Without seeing the file, my first guess is the order of the triggers could be prompting this behavior. It's difficult to determine the fix without seeing the .story file. Can you share your project with us? You can either attach it to this discussion or upload it privately in a support case.
