I am creating a training module and want to make sure that my audience can't fast forward through my slides. I used the tutorial from Brian Batt (http://www.articulate.com/support/contact/screencast.php?screencastid=0af0e11a46164460bd7bcaccc059ced4) to create a slide trigger using variables and named everything the same way he did. It works on some slides, but others will let me "next" right through the slide. Has anyone else had this problem and can you offer help/solutions? Thanks so much!
Actually, it'd be best if you post the single .STORY file for the course, if you can I won't be able to check the triggers, etc. using the published files.
That may happen if the file is too large. Sure! You're welcome to send it over to us in a support case, if you'd like. Just share the number with me after you receive the email confirmation and I'll take a look at the file.
You'll be able to attach the .STORY file on the second page of the following form:

Hi there Suzy,
Are you able to share your project's .STORY file here, so I can take a quick look at what you have so far?
Hi Christine,
I will publish it momentarily in a zip file and upload it. Thanks!

It won't let me attach my file. It keeps timing out and giving me the Server 404 error. Is there a way to send it to you directly?

Good morning Suzy! I hope you had a great weekend
I just wanted to check in with you to see if you received Cleo's response to your case. If you haven't seen it, try checking your spam folder.
If you're still unable to find the message, just let me know. I'd be happy to send it out again.
Thanks!
