Timestamps of discussion posts

The timestamp shown in the 'homepage' for discussions (see below an example):
doesn't seem to match the timestamp of the most recent post in a thread:
at least not if the most recent post is older than 1 day.

Hi Michael,
I see on that link a new post from Beth that was within an hour of your post here. I don't tend to look at that first page you showed, but viewing it from the All Discussions list, and the timestamps there do match.
Sometimes you may see odd timing if a user deletes or edits their post, perhaps that's what you'd run into?
