Is there was a way to change the color of the tool tip captions that appear in the Likert Scale question type. The labels seems to be a default yellow and I can't see where we might be able to change them.
Yes, you're right. The yellow color is currently the default color of tool tip captions in Storyline and there's no other way to customize its color.
However, I am certain that this feature will be helpful to you so please take the time to drop a product feature request to bring this to the attention of the product development team. :)
