Transferring Storyline Content to Another User

Several people have left my company and their Articulate licenses were removed.  Their content was transferred to me temporarily (I am an Admin).  How do I transfer content from those individuals to someone else who already has a license?  My license must remain intact - I am not leaving.

Storyline content is contained in files with a .story extension. Those files can be stored and shared in the same way that other types of files (e.g., .docx, .pdf) are stored and shared. Anyone with an Articulate license can open a .story file. (Well, almost. If someone only has a license for Storyline 3, they can't open files with Storyline 360 features.)

Rise 360 content, on the other hand, is stored in the cloud. Depending on the type of license, the same Rise course can be accessible to members of a Team. Otherwise, an individual can send a copy of a Rise course to another person with an Articulate 360 license. Like sending a copy of a file, this creates multiple instances/versions of the course.
