Transferring the licence to an other computer

Due to corona virus we can´t work on the office computers at the moment. Therefore I would like to uninstall the articulate storyline there and allow my collegue to install it on her computer to be able to work from home for our office. We got a two places licence.

We deinstalled it on one of the two of our office articulate workplaces but got a negative response while trying the installation on my collegues computer.

What went wrong? How can I transfer the licence to another computer orderly?

I can see that you are using Storyline 3 and it seems that you are aware of the process we have outlined:

How to Transfer Articulate Storyline Software from One Computer to Another

Each user can install their license on up to 2 computers. If this had not been done previously, you should not run into an issue.

I'm not sure what error you're running into with uninstalling the software, but are you running into any issue when installing/activating on the home computers?
