I'd agree with Michael, that this is not a message created by Storyline. It likely is something within your LMS or the specific player you're using to view the content. Have you reached out to your LMS team to see if they have specifics or ideas to offer in regards to this?

I don't think this is a dialog provided by Storyline content. It looks like you are using some third-party player (maybe provided by your LMS)?
