I used a different photo editor other than photoshop to resize the picture since I don't have photoshop on my work laptop. In the process the image lost it's transparency. When I use photoshop to resize it doesn't lose transparency.

I think I already found the answer myself.
I used a different photo editor other than photoshop to resize the picture since I don't have photoshop on my work laptop. In the process the image lost it's transparency. When I use photoshop to resize it doesn't lose transparency.
I only use Fireworks. When I make the background transparent and save it. I save it in PNG format.
When I insert it into Articulate, it has a white background ( like you mentioned). I thought that PNG format supports transparencies.
Do you know how this can be done if one does not have Photoshop?
