trigger jumping to each objective I add to a slide

I have three icon images on a slide. Each icon is meant to go to a different scene. The trigger on icon 1 is jumping/copying itself to icon 2 when I place icon 2 on the slide. When I delete the trigger, it deletes from 1 and 2. 

I'm just laying out a rough pass through a new course to get a slide count and demonstrate pathing through the course. So, I'm not making the icon images into buttons with states for now, but I can't imagine this would cause a jumping trigger.

I'm encountering the jumping trigger when I insert multiple buttons as well.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?
