I'm using Storyline 360. If I make a new project, add some blank slides that progress in a straight row, and add a different shape to each one so I can tell them apart, the next and back triggers I add to the player menu work without issue.
If I take some existing projects, which have various different animations, triggers, ect in the slides, and add the Next and Back triggers to the player menu, I find only one of the buttons (usually the back button) works.
I suspect something in the slide settings is preventing the player trigger from working, that a conflict exists and is preventing the player trigger from working. As a work around, have you considered enabling the next and back buttons in the slide properties, rather than adding them to the player?

Hi Juan,
Do both actions not work, or is it only one - for example, the action to go back works but the action to go forward to the next slide doesn't?
Do you have any actions in the slide triggers or properties that also allow a user to move forward or backwards between the slides?

Hi Celeste.
Neither trigger works. In addition to those two triggers, I have included the trigger exit course and that one does work.
I have no actuator on any of the slides.
Thanks!!
