Thanks for sharing what you are seeing and those images. I'd expect the trigger to be listed under the Player Triggers as well, similar to the default.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your .story project file that shows this trigger under Slide Triggers so we can investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

As you can see here to give you a better understanding, the highlighted triggers are the same but in different positions. Why is that?
