Trigger work when Publish to Review but not in Preview in Storyline

Hey Everyone, 

I was having an issue with my custom next buttons not working in all of the slides when I previewed my full storyline project in the program itself. I couldn't figure out what the issue was as everything seemed to be correct and with help from another designer I could see everything was in the correct place and should be working.

I decided to publish my project to Articulate Review where to my surprise everything worked just as it should! Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a way to fix it? I had someone tell me to clear my Cache but I am not sure how to do that for a program. I am hoping I can get it to preview correctly so I don't have to publish to review the file all the time.
