Triggers with multiple conditions don't work.

I have created a slide in which the user must enter the correct phone number in a "Text Entry" field. The user needs to be able to enter in the format of their choice, with or without "-" (5551234567 OR 555-123-4567) Here are the conditions

If the user enters the WRONG value (Not equal to 5551234567 OR Not equal to 555-123-4567)

          1. The "Verify you entry" rounded rectangle caption 4 needs to appear in the normal state.

          2. Don't jump to next slide.

 

If the user enters the RIGHT value (Equal to 5551234567 OR Equal to 555-123-4567)

         1. The "Verify you entry" rounded rectangle caption 4 needs to change back to it's original hidden state.

         2. Jump to next slide

In the attachment, the first slide is the problem slide. What I found strange is that if you look at the second slide, I removed the second option (555-123-4567) and the triggers work well.

These slides used to work in Storyline 2, but have been experiencing issues only after we converted to Storyline 3.
