I am working on a new project in Storyline 2, when I try and edit a text box I am encountering a giant red X which prohibits any edits. It started on one scene but has now progressed onto others. There was an error box saying there is a problem. I have tried closing and restarting but that has not helped. Any suggestions?

Here is the Error - it says to contact tech support if the problem continues, it has continued from Friday.
