Trying to save a custom theme, Articulate saves the wrong custom color palette, applies it to the project, and then saves the incorrect color as the theme.
I'm trying to save a custom theme (custom color palette and font) so I can share it with my team.
My ultimate goal is to be able to share a customized template along with a customized color palette. Since templates don't include custom color palettes I need to export and share them separately.
When I start the project my custom color palette is selected and being used. When I go to save this configuration as a custom theme, articulate applies a modified version of the color palette to the project and then saves that modified version as the custom theme. I don't understand why it's doing this but I'm new to articulate and would appreciate some insight.
I've attached a screen recording of the issue.
Additionally, I'm not sure why my theme thumbnail doesn't show any letters and is just a white box.
Thank you so much for sharing a screen recording! Are you finding this behavior occurs with every project when saving a custom theme? I've tested this on my end, and I see the theme is saving correctly with the color palette that I've customized.
