I'm new to Storyline and creating some e-learning that will have lots of short videos (under 2 minutes). Is that going to cause delays as the learner is going through the presentation? Do they all load initially when the e-learning begins or load as the user clicks on one? (not using youtube - just inserting videos)
Also, are most e-learning developers using 16:9 for the story size?
