Having the exact same issue, with Articulate Storyline 360. It occurs with existing and newly created files. Did an repair of the software. Did an re-install of the software. Same issue. Reaching critical stage.

We no longer provide or support Storyline 2. Do you have Storyline 3? If not, be sure to download a free trial of Storyline 3.
