Thanks for reaching out! I recommend closing your desktop app, including removing any instances of Articulate apps in your task manager, as well as clearing your browser cache.

Re-open your Articulate 360 desktop app and try to sign-in using your active login! If you're still having issues with this, connect with our support team, and they can walk you through it!
