Unable to preview or publish

Hi, new to Articulate 360 and building a course and still unable to preview or publish; I've followed the previous advice of reboot and try again. Help!

Hi there, Greg.  I'm sorry your first go-round has a speedbump.

It sounds to me like there might be a "broken" piece in your course.  Here's what I would do:  Try previewing your course scene by scene (or slide by slide, if you only have one scene).  When you find the scene/slide that won't preview, start working your way down.

Chances are, you'll be able to mete out a faulty text box or such, that when cut from the slide, allows the slide to preview normally again.  Usually you can rebuild that element and move on.
