I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced with this. I'm not sure which troubleshooting articles you've already seen. Have you tried the suggestions in this article: Publish to Articulate Online fails?
If those suggestions don't help, it may be a good idea to try the manual upload option mentioned at the bottom of that article.
Let us know if you're able to get your project uploaded!

I was able to publish manually, but I still haven't identified the issue. :(
