unable to publish or preview

Dear Articulate staff,

I've sent an email and a number of the send report things but I've had no response from you.

I've been working on an LMS SCORM1.2 course with one licence. we purchased 2 more seats and the system asked me to update to engage these seats. now i cannot publish. below is the error coding. Please help  I need this published  asap.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into when publishing your course.

I took a look and did not see any support cases from you on this issue, but it sounds like you may have been reporting your error which is not the same as a case submission to our team.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Hi Eswarkumar!

I'm sorry you're seeing that error. In Julie's case, we found that a corrupt object was causing the publish to break. Deleting and recreating the text-box, in this case, helped!
