When trying to publish Storyline file as Video it stops at "Adding audio tracks" and doesn't progress. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline but it's of no use. I have been able to publish the same files earlier, however post downlaoding certain updates, its not been possible. Please let me know if any one else has faced this and how to resolve it.

I am working on a local drive and tried fixing the installation issues. No luck. I have submitted a support case 03954632. I am working on a tight deadline and so request for a quick turnaround. Really appreciate all the help.
It's a great idea to open a support case with your Storyline file! I'm happy that Luiza was able to help resolve the issue by importing the slides to a new project. She also gave tips to prevent file corruption, which sometimes causes publishing problems like the one you experienced.
