Unable to revisit first page of the course

Hi There

I am encountering a problem where i am unable to revisit a page of my course. I have attached the file.

Steps to recreate:

- Open the course and you are taken to the first page 'Overview'

- Progress to the second page which is a quiz

- Attempt to go back to the first page 'Overview' and it is blank.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I updated the trigger that goes to Tab1 - see the attached file if this is what you are after.
