I an new to storyline 360, just completed a training course two weeks ago. I have read quite a few people's questions and answers on this topic and can't figure out why my layers won't show. I have a list of buttons and want a layer to show when the user hits that button. I have created the triggers from the baseline layer. When I hit preview the first button reveals a layer correctly but none of the other button triggers are showing their layers? Please help. Marg Black

Take a look at the sample file I attached to see if that offers any clues as to why your layers aren't showing when you click the other buttons.
If you don't want the other layers to hide when you click the other buttons, uncheck the hide other slide layers checkbox:
