I have 2 brief e-learnings I upload for new hire onboarding. The first one went through with no problem but the second one seems to consistently get stuck midway through the 'publishing' stage around 33-45%. Any ideas as to what's going on?
I haven't had any problems with Tempshare recently and it looks to be working ok this AM. Are you still experiencing difficulty? I'd suggest clearing out your browser cache in case the file is getting caught up there after trying to load it more than one. If you continue to experience difficulty can you let me know what browser you're using to upload so that I can try it out on my end?
