I am working on Storyline project and I am facing an issue as the Stroyline360 stops at initializing command and does not allow to open.
I tried cleaning my system with all the temporary files and even starting Storyline using admin. I even turnedoff my UAC setting if that was causing the issue but it was of no use.
I am using windows 10, and I have .net version 4.8 updated last time. I am using November 19 version.
As simple as it sounds, can you try logging out of the desktop app and logging back in? Since there are different parts of the program tied to your Articulate ID, a simple log in should help.

Hi Ankita,
Your best bet would be to try a quick repair of Storyline following the instructions in this link.
Hopefully that will solve your problem.
But I tried this as well but could get through the problem as it still stand.
I tried with later version that is march version and it started working. I am not pretty sure as to why this is the problem with November 19 version.
Can anyone still help as my platform to upload course is based and designed on Novermber 19 version.
