I have a single storyline2 file that has text entry fields, drop downs, radio buttons and other functions. I have it set to publish for web. I want the user to open the file in a web browser, enter the information and then click save.
I see we can execute a java script but I do not know the code to pull that.
Where will you be hosting the published course? Are you unable to use a Learning Management System (LMS) to host this? That would allow for easy tracking and reporting on users answers and responses.
Also, as Michael mentioned there is an email trigger in Storyline. You'd have to do a bit of custom work to have it gather the information as the user entered it. It's also a good idea to check on some of the reasons why the email trigger may not work as expected.

Where would you like the data to be saved? Having them email it is an option right from within Storyline.
